We exploit the material and configurable structure of metal mesh for the application as hot gas absorber. The combination of the open mesh structure with heat capacity and diffusivity of steel are most efficient solution for gaseous fluid processes featuring high temperatures. For the project-specific solution for each customer we work with metal mesh that we compress further to achieve the ideal characteristics in mass and structure for each customer application. Our hot gas absorbers are used in gas generators for safety systems. We develop and manufacture precision tools in our own tooling department that are ideally suited for the precise and efficient production of your  hot gas absorbers. Let’s talk about your project!
