Certified Processes
Individual Quality with Standardized Processes
We achieve reliable quality through defined standards and consistent quality checks. As an organization, we are ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certified. We use existing industry standards as a basis for setting clear specifications (e.g. ISO 9044 for wire mesh) and publish our own standards (e.g. fteu® company standard) in order to describe and ensure the function for specific applications of individual customers in the best possible way.

Our quality chain ensures the quality from raw material for our permeable metals to our final product. Our products deliver what your permeable metal efficiency level provides. Our specifications, standards, test equipment and methods are applied at all fteu sites and by our suppliers. Our suppliers are part of our quality chain, are proven partners and are regularly audited. Our specification and testing begins with the metallic wire or metal fiber and ends with the product specification for Function in Permeable Metal at our customer. The quality chain brings quality to fteu products, performance and for our customers. At the same time, we ensure consistent traceability and compliance with current requirements in relation to product origin, REACH, RoHS or additional customer-specific requirements
Qualified Quality
Establish Trust and Ensuring Function in Every Product
We not only specify customer-specific quality, but ensure it through testing. All our products and production processes are qualified and developed using the fteu® maturity system. In this way, we ensure that your products and their production processes can actually do exactly what is required for your processes. Our system is based on the maximum scope of requirements of the automotive industry with qualification in accordance with VDA2 at the highest submission level. Based on this, the maturity level of all products is developed, maintained and checked by audits so that your quality is assured: e.g. our own qualified processes, supply chain and resources for individual items in large series or regularly audited standard processes for standard (non-customer-specific) products from our stock range

Clean Finish
As Shiny as You Want – in Daylight and/or under the Microscope
Your product, complete or individual components, is delivered in the desired surface quality and purity. Cleaning processes, passivation or coating are carried out according to defined protocols in order to achieve quality in the finish as well. From technical cleanliness (VDA19) to “simple” freedom from grease, all requirements in terms of cleanliness can be achieved

We Deliver when You Need It – Single Order or Long-Term Project
Your products reach you in such a way that you can count on them. For urgent requirements, we can offer an express service that enables short-term delivery within days. Delivery lots, delivery location and delivery planning are based on your requirements. We implement order-related one-off deliveries, call-off agreements with ongoing stock availability or deliveries based on your rolling delivery schedule updates so that you remain available. This is supplemented by safety measures in our inventory management, consignment stock or safety stock, which can effectively bridge the risks of unforeseeable shifts.

Our service is complete when you can work seamlessly. The packaging and shipping process must also be suitable for individual products. Our packaging protects your product effectively; depending on requirements, also in individual packaging, heavy-duty packaging and security measures such as shock sensors. You receive your product by air, sea, road or rail to the place in the world and at the time you want.
Repair & Spare Parts
100s of Stock Items & Express Repair Servce
We offer you the repair of your permeable metal products. Large products in small quantities in particular are usually sealed if the permeable metal (e.g. wire mesh) in the efficiency layer is damaged. In many cases, the product can continue to be used after a repair with replacement of the efficiency layer, and with efficiency comparable to new condition. We also offer special spare parts made of permeable metal, which we have available from stock (e.g. for short-term supply of your polymer processing) for common machines.
