Bringing the benefits of metal properties to fluid processing. Permeable metal (PM) is the efficiency material bringing function into our products. With our material scope of 15 distinct structure we create the specification with the best four principal PM properties for any process:
permeability
from minimal open area the purposefully creates high differential pressure to quasi pressure neutral material with 3D flow stuctures
flow design
homogenous or amorph structures targeted dispersion or laminar flow
smallest opening
defining the effective filtration grade, with homogenous openings or location specific defintion for a required PM solution
stability
using metallic rigidity for minimal material lightweight solution or more massive stability designs to withstand extreme mechanical force
The right selection of material and/or coating of stainless steel alloys or non-ferrous metals (i.e. aluminium, nickel, copper) and fine-tuning of additional support PM properties make the best material for any process.
