We create performance in the customer process by adressing the functional target charcteristics specific to the produt funciton(s) required.

Flow

Industrial processes can be optimized and accelerated through the defined orientation of fluids – air, gases, liquids or melts. This function can be used to prevent turbulence and velocity gradients as well as to deliberately create turbulence. The targeted use of fluid orientation makes it possible to improve the speed and reliability of your processes. We achieve better orientation for you by designing the three principal target characteristics of flow for your application: orientation of flow, distribution/dispersion of fluid and processing efficiency

Filtration

Filtration is implemented using filter elements that retain unwanted particles and separate them from your desired process fluid. The filtration of liquid and gaseous fluids enables efficient processes. Your target values of process efficiency, process stability and product quality depend on your filtration. We increase your performance by optimizing the three principal target characteristics of filtration for your application: grade of filtration, fluid flow and processing efficiency

Absorption

By using porous temperature absorbers, heat can be absorbed and transferred in a defined manner while a fluid flow can pass through at the same time. This allows heat absorption to take place during the process, especially for gaseous fluids. Three principal target characteristics are relevant for the defined use of temperature absorption: temperature absorption/reduction, permeability and efficiency

By absorbing sound waves, noise is reduced and the environmental conditions for your processes or in your systems are improved. The noise conditions in your processes and systems can be optimized through sound insulation. Better sound insulation means less noise. We achieve better sound insulation for you by optimizing the functional variables of sound absorption for your application: sound absorption/reduction and processing efficiency

Conduction

Metallic propperties are well suited for electrical application – specifically for aerial (as opposed to linear in a single wire) conduction. Permeable metal allows for almost limitless freedom in forming geometry while allowing for defined conductive properties in any location of a components. With the additional benefit of the permeable structure allowing for ideal integration in subsequent assembly groups (i.e. with a surrounding polymer) or permeability for other process relevant elements (i.e. hydrogen separeated from water permeating through a permeable metal. Principal functional target characteristics are: gemeotry, location specific conductive property (definition for each location of a component) processing, location specific permeability and procssing efficiency
